Tangram is an artist-led ensemble and production company reshaping how Chinese stories move through the UK’s cultural space. All year round, we create new music, stage cross-disciplinary productions, and collaborate with artists across genres to push what East & Southeast Asian (ESEA) creativity can look and sound like.

Our work doesn’t stop at performance: we run workshops for young people, support emerging ESEA artists, and partner with community organisations to bring creative opportunities to those who rarely see themselves represented.

Whether it’s a new commission, a comedy-music night, a school workshop or a large-scale production, everything we do is about amplifying ESEA voices and building a more open, interconnected arts community.
